Position Overview The District Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers for the purpose of selling pre-engineered steel building systems in the allocated region/territory. (Southern CA, AZ, Los Vegas NV, etc.)

DMs will meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss their specific needs and make recommendations. He/she will also review drawings and specifications to be able to determine the customer's needs and to request cost estimates as well as draw up work orders that consist of specific job requirements. In addition, DM will work with engineers, architects and in-house personnel to help define project requirements, as well as positively promote our product line.

Requirements Qualifications:

•Candidate must reside in allocated region. (Southern CA, AZ, Los Vegas NV, etc.)

•Previous or current experience with a metal building manufacturer in a field sales position preferred

•Proven track record of over 4million in previous year's sales preferred

•Good technical knowledge of pre-engineered steel building systems as well as good written and verbal communication skills, ie: ability to read, interpret and convey pre-engineered building project scope from drawings.

Minimum o 2+ to 5 years of experience
Management Experience Required - No
Minimum Education - Some College

Compensation & Benefits Overview Base salary range is $40,000 - $100,000 , depending on experience plus target additional compensation is $50,000 - $80,000, plus full benefits and expenses.
