Position Overview Executive Chef and Catering Chef for High Profile Opening in Downtown Hotel:

This is an exciting opportunity to share the fresh, creative food and vibrant spirit of a superior Specialty Restaurant Group with exciting downtown hotel. Share the approach towards quality hospitality and service at new 5,000 square foot restaurant, designed by top local architectural firm. The restaurant will accommodate up to 200 people in the dining room and lounge, 50 in the private dining room area and an additional 2,500 square feet of event space in the hotel that can seat up to 225 -- ideal for holiday parties and special occasions. Room service provided from restaurant kitchen for 250 room hotel.
