||Strategic Account Manager – B2B ERP SaaS Solution
||This company has a fully financed growth plan to double the staff and sales each year for the next three years. They already have a few global fortune 100 clients. The focus of this role is the grow the business within key accounts and to manage the relationship with the client and their expectations. 50% travel will be required in this position.
||• Managing a group of their largest and most important key strategic accounts your duties will include:
• Develop and execute an account plan for each assigned account
• Work with Customer Service, Support and Management to ensure that customer expectations are factored into the account plan and ongoing service delivery to ensure customer delight
• Achieve sales targets and specific account objectives for each assigned account
• Quickly build knowledge in the company’s solution
||• 10 years B2B sales experience – preferably software or solutions related
• Must have strategic account management or channel/partner management experience
• Any experience with ERP software would be an asset
• Willing to travel 50% of the time
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; both verbal and written is mandatory
• Comfortable in a dynamic rapidly growing company environment
• A university or college education or a degree from the school of hard knocks is required
