||Sharepoint Technical Support Team Leader
||This successful SaaS start-up company needs a person to lead and grow their SharePoint Technical Support Team.
||• As a hands on leader you will supervise 1-2 user/technical support staff.
• Plan for growth of the support department.
• Recruit additional support staff as demand for support rises.
• You will improve upon existing technical support systems and processes.
• In the beginning it will be necessary for you to participate in all levels of technical support.
||• 5-10 years Windows based technical support experience including:
o Desktop applications
o Office365 support
o Mobile platforms
o Varied Windows OS
o Network Support
o Client/Server Application Support
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.
Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time.
This is a full-time employee position, Contractors will not be considered.
