This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fortune 500 company and lead the strategic use of BIM on Architectural Design projects and the Architectural Design components of major EPC + Commission projects. This company currently uses Revit for all of their modeling and design documentation for Structural, MEP and Architectural work. They are now moving towards the Strategic use of BIM for Sustainability, Site Adaptation, Servicing/Maintenance, Iterative Design, Intelligent Design and other strategic initiatives. |

Your goal will be to lead the Architectural Design team in the Strategic use of BIM.

Leverage the use of BIM tools for iterative and intelligent design.

| Requirements |
Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-discipline design and deep construction industry experience.
Expert in Revit MEP and Navisworks including Advanced Architectural Design techniques.
Experience in advanced Architectural content and temp-late development.
Exposure to best practices in Intelligent Design.
Leadership, training/mentoring and support experience.
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Candidates must have American Citizenship or Permanent US Resident status.
Relocation is available within the continental USA.
This is a full-time employee position, Contractors will not be considered.
