| Responsibilities |
Use the latest technologies and tools to solve challenging problems and with scalable enterprise level collaboration/productivity software products used Mobile & Cloud based business clients. You working as part of a team you will be working with both the technical infrastructure teams of external clients and the internal product development team you will trouble shoot product releases. |
| Requirements |
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science • 3-5 year’s experience working in a customer facing technical support role • Must have strong skills with C# .NET • Some C++ and native code would be an asset • Experience with ticketing/problem tracking systems • Experience contributing documents to knowledgebase
Active on Github or Bitbucket would be an asset Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.
OTHER INFORMATION: Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status. No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time. This is a full-time employee position, Contractors will not be considered.
