Position Overview Rapidly growing software product development company focused on productivity and collaboration tools for Mobile & Cloud based business users.
Responsibilities Use the latest technologies and tools to solve challenging problems and with scalable enterprise level collaboration/productivity software products used Mobile & Cloud based business clients. You working as part of a team you will be working with both the technical infrastructure teams of external clients and the internal product development team you will trouble shoot product releases.
Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
• 3-5 year’s experience working in a customer facing technical support role
• Must have strong skills with C# .NET
• Some C++ and native code would be an asset
• Experience with ticketing/problem tracking systems
• Experience contributing documents to knowledgebase

Active on Github or Bitbucket would be an asset
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.

Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time.
This is a full-time employee position, Contractors will not be considered.
