Position Overview This is a great opportunity for well-organized and detail oriented junior person to assist a small team of high performing recruiters with a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and clients
Candidate Database clean-up
Creating and managing a variety of template letters
General email correspondence
Answer our general phone line, answer basic questions and route calls accordingly
Sending bulk emails to candidates for new job opportunities
Contacting and status candidates
Basic candidate screening
Requirements 1-2 years work experience in an office environment using Outlook and other Office software
Must have excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written
Must have positive attitude and be professional
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Must be a quick learner
Ideally has exposure to working with Social Media through HootSuite.

OTHER INFORMATION:
This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered.
