| Responsibilities |
Reporting directly to the CEO you will be directly responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting. In addition, you will have accountability for all IT Infrastructure and operations.
You will be responsible for leadership, mentoring and management of a team of roughly 20-25 staff.

| Requirements |
A Canadian Accounting Designation
15-25 years’ work experience in the Finance and Accounting fields.
Prior experience managing an IT Department
Must have experience working for a manufacturing company
Experience leading & managing 15-30 staff
10 years management and leadership experience
Experience reporting to a foreign parent company
Some international travel will be required
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time.
