| Responsibilities |
• Leadership and management of the Software Engineering department.
• Mentoring, motivating and skills development of 12 software engineers.
• Grow the team to 25-30 by end of 2013.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years comparable leadership and management experience.
• Experience as a member of the executive management team of a software development company.

| Requirements |
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years software development and architecture experience.
• Minimum 8 years software product development or SaaS development.
Extensive experience with:
• Microsoft based technologies .NET focus
• Open-source development
• Cloud Infrastructure
• SaaS application development
• Agile development experience – Scrum Master is an asset
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic team environment.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents will be considered at this time.
