BCAA's White Rock Service Location has an opening for a permanent full-time Service Location Greeter. As one of BCAA’s Member-facing team members, you are the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our service locations. You support the financial growth of BCAA through the delivery of amazing Member experiences, every time. You enable BCAA to be the most trusted organization in British Columbia through positive brand impressions.
|Key Responsibilities Include
Manage all incoming, waiting and departing Members
Welcomes all incoming Members and thanks all departing Members. Ensures departing Members have had all their needs fulfilled.
Directs Members to the first available and skilled team member
Proactive to manage all waiting Members to ensure an ideal waiting experience
Meets all prescribed BCAA and AAA/CAA Member experience standards
Promote BCAA products and services
Deepens Member relationships through promoting BCAA products and services to support the team’s financial targets
Handles and documents Member questions, concerns and feedback
Ensures that Members have all required information before speaking with another team member
Manage Member/customer accounts
Distributes product brochures, Member entitlement products such as maps, tour books and camp guides
Resolves Member concerns by following BCAA’s Member resolution standards and meeting BCAA and AAA/CAA Member satisfaction goals
Other duties as needed, such as:
Inventory ordering, reconciling and coordination
Support the coordination of BCAA special events such as trade show and on/off-site Member events
Ensures the service location’s waiting and retail areas meets BCAA’s Member experience standards
Administration duties, when co-workers are absent
Strong written and verbal communication skills including telephone skills
Ability to work within a fast paced team environment. Demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
Proven judgment and decision making abilities
Ability to meet set customer satisfaction targets
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Frequent periods of sustained physical effort. Occasional lifting of event materials and equipment, between 5 and 25 lbs
Must successfully pass a background check, which may include a criminal, credit, and credential check.
Super Host certification
Level 1 insurance agent license
Completion of Autoplan Essentials
Demonstrated excellence in geographical knowledge of North America with good map reading skills
