If sales is your passion, BCAA has a unique opportunity for Insurance Advisors. BCAA has 5 openings for regular full-time Insurance Advisor Trainees for our Interior Service Locations.
 
Need training? Relax BCAA has got you covered. BCAA will support your Insurance Fundamentals requirements and provide paid training for you to become a Insurance Advisor Level 1.

BCAA's dedictaed Leraning & Development team will provide in class and service centre training. Successful participants of the program will be placed at one of our Interior service centre locations.
Key Responsibilities Include

You are a caring insurance sales professional who is dedicated to offering amazing Member experiences through the consultative sales of BCAA approved Insurance and Membership products. Within a retail sales environment, you create long lasting Member relationships through the following:

 

  • Selling new BCAA membership and insurance (auto, travel medical, tenant and condo insurance) products
  • Renewing BCAA memberships and insurance policies by reviewing current coverages and making recommendations
  • Cross selling products and developing business leads for the future
  • Processing payments and documents
  • Meeting sales, retention and Member satisfaction goals
  • Collaborating with a team who is passionate about igniting unparalleled Member loyalty
Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • Grade 12
  • Level I General Insurance License (or ability to obtain it within 2 weeks)

 

Experience:

  • 2 years or more experience in a needs based sales environment

 

Skills:

  • Demonstrated sales productivity and selling skills
  • Excellent command of English Language and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong computer skills (typing 30wpm)
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office suite
  • Call Centre experience is an asset
