· Minimum 2 years customer service experience in the insurance industry, and must hold a RIBO or OTL license
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Competent keyboarding, data entry and typing speed
· Ability to deal with clients/customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Strong multi-tasking skills: speaking with the customer while researching information.
· Flexibility in working hours is essential and punctuality is a must
