Position Overview
  • Our Mississauga client is looking for a full-time, permanent Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team.
Responsibilities
  • Sitting in reception area, so must be ok dealing with public
  • Must manage payroll of about 250 contractors and some temporary employees
  • Managing payables, receivables and invoicing
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks is a must
  • 3+ years of general office management experience
  • Well spoken – presentable
  • Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check
  • Must be available to interview and start working immediately
