- Our Mississauga client is looking for a full-time, permanent Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team.
- Sitting in reception area, so must be ok dealing with public
- Must manage payroll of about 250 contractors and some temporary employees
- Managing payables, receivables and invoicing
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks is a must
- 3+ years of general office management experience
- Well spoken – presentable
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check
- Must be available to interview and start working immediately
