| Responsibilities |
- Strong Project Manager with a PMP and preferably PMO experience
- Strong I/T PM skills with a PMP and PMO experience asset
Your role will be to quarterback and mentor a group of Project Managers. One of which will assume your role when you finish the contract and you will be mentoring that person.

| Requirements |
You must be able to describe in detail all phases of the PMBOK methodology.
Must be consultative in nature to recommend PMP pieces that will benefit the organization and not bog down the organization with paperwork
Must have influencing skills and be able to quickly build Trust and credibility. At the same time you are seasoned enough to know when to push back.
You will examine all projects currently in progress approximately 7 meet with PMs and build a Master project plan encompassing risk, timelines, and resources. Build a critical path for the overall engagement. Coach and mentor a full time Project Manager who can step into the role after the contract is completed. |
