1-Minimum of 3 years experience in web application design and development using PHP, SQL Server 2000/20005 and Web Services in C#.

2-Minimum 3 years experience preparing, documenting and executing test plans.

3-Minimum 3 years in preparing on-line help system and user documentation.

4-Minimum 3 years experience in preparing system documentation including system information, usage scenario, data model description, functional model description, behavioural model description, interoperability, restrictions, limitations and constraints and validation criteria.
