Title Junior Administrator

Position Overview The Junior Administrator will provide administrative support to the Finance team at 4Refuel. The Junior Administrator will use strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide superb customer service to internal and external groups. Administration with regard to invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry and data verification will be integral responsibilities of this role. Possessing solid computer skills, having a detail oriented mindset and an excellent work ethic is critical to the success of the Junior Administrator.
Responsibilities ·         Daily data verification and processing, including corrections, deletions and additions, as necessary
·         Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable control, as required
·         Accounts payable data entry and coding of invoices
·         Assist with various aspects of pricing and fuel control, as required
·         Reception relief and back-up
·         Perform other duties as required
Requirements ·         Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative/customer service capacity
·         Accounting or business related work experience is an asset
·         Post-secondary education in a business course, preferred
·         Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office required
·         High attention to detail while working with numbers, dates, etc.
·         Accurate and speedy data processing skills
·         Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
·         Enthusiastic and approachable personality; demonstrates reliability and responsibility consistently
·         Possess a polite telephone manner
·         Strong problem solving, time management and analytical skills
·         Ability to cope with unexpected changes in a day's plan; works well under pressure to meet deadlines
·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
