This position will be responsible for providing interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. This position will be the primary point of contact to oversee contract modifications, follow-up quotations, revisions, terms and conditions. Paralegal or Procurement Specialist would be a good fit for this position. The role will administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures. In addition, will provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents, review and evaluate customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve specifications, cost, or schedule impacts to the company. This position will also assist in identifying recommended procedural practices to ensure meeting departmental goals. This role may also initiate corrective action to assure objectives are met and assist in the establishment and administration of unit policies, procedures and systems. This position will work on complex issues where analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
