New South Wales [NSW] 2520 Continence Account Manager - West/Sth West Sydney

This global supplier boasts a strong portfolio of Continence Management products and they are actively seeking a West/South West Sydney Account Manager for an extremely well-established Continence Account Management position focused in the Aged Care Sector.  This territory has been well serviced and is enjoying strong sales success and will see you servicing facilities throughout Sydney’s West & South West, with no regional travel required. This role is focused on delivering professional inservicing & educational sessions as well as the successful management of product trials in Aged Care Facilities – Whilst the key focus will be on Continence Management products, this Supplier also offers other Medical Consumables such as Infection Control & Wound Care which means that you are able to enjoy working with other specialty products whilst being able to further meet your Customer’s needs.  Reporting into the NSW State Sales Manager, this Account Management position is open to applicants who demonstrate a strong track record (minimum 2years+) in Medical Consumables sales into the Aged Care, Hospital and/or Community areas, ideally (but not essential) in Continence, Ostomy or Wound Care. Applications are also encouraged from those who demonstrate a sound clinical Nursing background in these specialty areas, ideally this will be combined with either Community Case Management experience or sales experience.  It is essential for the successful applicant to demonstrate past or present Clinical Nursing experience gained at RN, EN or AIN level and that you reside in a relevant location for territory coverage.  A salary-based remuneration will be offered to the successful applicant and will compensate in relation to your relevant Medical Consumables / Devices sales experience, additional remuneration items include superannuation, choice of either a fully maintained vehicle or car allowance, mobile & laptop and importantly, a very generous & achievable bonus / commission structure.

New South Wales [NSW] 2525 NSW Service Technician : Infusion Systems

This Technical Specialist position will see you responsible for planning & implementing Infusion Management systems throughout Public & Private Hospitals – you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and managing customer complaints / enquiries relating to their Infusion Management system/s. Your day to day responsibilities will see you liaising and working collaboratively with Key Hospital personnel as well as third party external vendors for the successful development and implementation of integrated infusion management systems. You will conduct and document Hospital IT Infrastructure prior to implementations and provide post installation troubleshooting and level 2 support (either remote or onsite) which may include updates, software maintenance and error analysis. This Sydney based position which will be a balance of remote and onsite customer account management and will also require some interstate travel as and when Customers’ require your Technical Services. It is essential that the successful applicant presents with current, tenured, Clinical Information Systems experience gained in the Hospital environment. Ideally your experience will see you currently or previously working with an Infusion Management system product portfolio, complimented with a tertiary education in Biomedical Engineering.
